Exhaustgas-Heatexchangers Type (Product series FW)
Exhaustgas/Water heatexchangers suited for contaminated fluids, cleaning possible without disassembly, very robust due to flat-pressed-pipe technology. Available in all sizes, possible with extractable heatexchange-modules and condensate outlets.
Wastewater-Heatexchangers (Product series FB and AWT)
Our Wastewater/Water heatexchangers, suited also for extremely contaminated wastewaters due to the film-flow principle on the wastewater-side, high heat-transfer powers due to optimized turbulence on wastewater and freshwater side. Coupling with heat pump possible via heat exchanger for waste water or sewer heat exchanger.
Waste-Air Heatexchanger, Energy-Spraytunnel (Product series: EST)
By spraying hot waste-air with water, the thermal energy in the air is transferred into the spray-water. At the same time, the air is getting cleaned from most of it's macroscopic contaminations. It is therefore an exhaust air scrubber / gas scrubber / wet scrubber with heat recovery.
We have developed our own calculation-software to calculate our heatexchangers in any operation mode, and calculate the projected values for heat-transfer-power, pressure-drops and more. If you send us your data, for example volume-flows or mass-flows, temperatures, types of fluids etc., we are glad to create a small calculation for You, free-of-charge and unbinding.
